The Alliance Abroad Group L.P. (AAG) was founded in 1992 to provide unique educational travel programs to people around the world. Victoria Lynden, AAG's founder and CEO, recently received the Profiles in Power: Central Texas Women of Influence" award. AAG offers customized internship, work, teach and training programs for students and graduates outside of the United States.
AAG is also a leader in international recruitment and a major “staffing” resource for the businesses and schools in the United States. Each year AAG changes lives of over 10,000 Program participants and provides growth opportunities to more than 800 employers in the United States. AAG specializes in a variety of programs to answer every individual need, and AAG acts on what we believe by providing world class service, high-quality placements and 24/7 personal assistance prior, during and after our participants’ program experience.
AAG became a U.S. Department of State-designated program sponsor for the J-1 Work & Travel Program in 2002. We became a U.S. Department of State-designated program sponsor for the Internship, Trainee and Teacher Programs in 2009. This designation is granted after a lengthy review and audit process and allows us to offer these special visa programs.
AAG also offers work, teach, and volunteer programs around the world through its sister non-profit organization, AIDE.
