Our all expense paid recruitment trip abroad gives you the opportunity to meet and interview candidates face to face while enjoying the culture of their country first hand. This adventure is for our host companies who have larger participant needs
Option 2 > “Pooling” for Excursions Abroad
AAG is offering “pooling” for your participant needs throughout the year for an all expense paid recruitment trip abroad. This option is available to employers with smaller participant needs, but who use the program throughout multiple seasons or would like to put in their request for future seasons. AAG will advise you how our “pooling” for an excursion abroad can benefit your recruitment strategy.
Option 3 > Virtual Skype Fair in Austin, TX
Two step it over to Austin, Texas and enjoy a two day entertainment package in Austin, Texas.
Austin proves that not everything’s bigger in Texas. Down in Austin, we trade big chains and high hair for locally owned shops and restaurants and home grown music. AAG team will arrange virtual recruitment fairs with our trusted overseas recruiting partners so you can screen, interview, and hire all your positions while here with us.
Option 4 > Staycation Recruitment
For this adventure, we’ll come to you to take care of your international staffing needs in your local office. Sit back, relax and know that you are being taken care of by the best in the business. AAG will send one of our representatives to your office for a day or two to help you conduct all your interviews from the ease and comfort of your own office. If you are hiring more than 20 international participants, we will make recruiting internationally easy.
Option 5 > Travel the World via the Web
Travel the World via the web with us as we find the best people for your recruiting needs without ever having to leave your office. The AAG team will facilitate virtual Skype fairs or telephone interviews for your placement process. This adventure is offered to all Alliance Abroad host companies.
